We offer complimentary tracked shipping Australia-wide.
All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia. Orders placed before 12 noon Melbourne time, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 12 noon, on weekends or Victorian public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent directly to your email. Delivery generally takes 2–3 business days, and we will keep you informed should there be any unexpected delays.
14-Day Change-of-Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind return requests within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your blanket must be unused, unwashed, unopened, and returned in its original packaging in a resalable condition. Please take the time to check the colour, design and size before opening the packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the blanket has been opened, used or washed, unless it is faulty or not as described.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, and you'll receive confirmation by email.
To request a return, please email hello@dcanterlifestyle.com with your order number and we'll provide return instructions.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us so we can provide an appropriate remedy.
