Shipping

We offer complimentary tracked shipping Australia-wide.

All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia. Orders placed before 12 noon Melbourne time, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 12 noon, on weekends or Victorian public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Australian delivery generally takes 2–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent directly to your email.

International shipping

Tracked delivery is available to Hong Kong and Singapore, starting from A$50 per order. The final shipping charge is calculated at checkout, and delivery times vary by destination.

Any import duties, taxes or local charges are the customer’s responsibility. We will keep you informed should there be any unexpected delays.

14-Day Change-of-Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your blanket must be unused, unwashed, unopened, and returned in its original packaging in a resalable condition. Please take the time to check the colour, design and size before opening the packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the blanket has been opened, used or washed, unless it is faulty or not as described.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, and you'll receive confirmation by email.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us so we can provide an appropriate remedy.
